Services for Educators
All students deserve the opportunity to succeed, regardless of their background or circumstances. That's why we are dedicated to supporting teachers in using the tutorial method in their classrooms to help students from all backgrounds achieve their full potential.

Our Professional Development courses are designed to provide teachers with the tools and knowledge they need to successfully implement tutorial-based teaching in their classrooms. We build contextually grounded, bespoke training opportunities that draw on our research and expertise of best in-class teaching practices and best university-level academic practices. We support teachers and school leaders in integrating these pedagogical toolkits into their own contexts and curricula to advance their own professional development as well as enabling the school to deliver at the cutting edge of teaching best practices.

We understand that every school is unique and that there is no one-size-fits-all solution to integrating tutorial-based teaching. That's why we offer tailored support to ensure that the tutorial method is integrated into your school context in a way that works for you and your students. We provide several professional development opportunities that schools can choose from in line with budgetary, scheduling and staffing capacity, ranging from half day twilight sessions, multi-day workshops, and 3-12 month holistic training programmes.

Some of the themes that our professional development programme cover include:

Teacher,
Shine High School
I think that my English was much better after the course, because of the once-a-week sessions in which we had the chance to talk about the Tutorial Method, talk about pedagogy in theoretical ways, share our experiences with other colleagues and listen to our wonderful facilitator.
